Peer Learning
Learn from other business owners’ real AI experiences – both successes and failures. No consultants, no theory – just honest insights from people running businesses like yours.
Practical Focus
Focus on what actually works for small businesses. Share costs, time investments, staff reactions, and real ROI from AI implementations.
Collaborative Problem-Solving
Tackle AI challenges together. When one person faces an obstacle, the whole group brainstorms solutions. Your problem becomes everyone’s learning opportunity.
Safe Environment
Share openly in a confidential, supportive environment. Ask “dumb” questions, admit failures, and learn without judgment from fellow business owners.
Your Commitment
This is a FREE program, but it requires your active participation:
- Openly share your AI experiences – successes, failures, and lessons learned
- Provide honest feedback about tools, costs, and implementation challenges
- Contribute to collaborative problem-solving for fellow participants
- Attend monthly 2-hour sessions and engage meaningfully
- Maintain confidentiality about other participants’ shared experiences

Why Kinetics is Hosting This
At Kinetics, we believe AI will transform how kiwi businesses operate – but only if it’s implemented thoughtfully. We see too many businesses either paralyzed by AI hype or disappointed by unrealistic expectations.
This working group isn’t a sales exercise. It’s our contribution to the small business community – a safe space where you can learn from peers who understand your challenges because they’re living them too.
We’re facilitating the conversation, but you’re teaching each other.
