faster. We focus on helping them achieve their desired outputs – rather than having technical discussions. We find that technical solutions often become clear once the business problems and required outputs are clarified. But all that good work is wasted unless people can use their IT properly.
- Its got to be the right IT.
- Its got to work properly.
- People need to know how to use it effectively.
Even if we didn’t receive awards we would still do things the way we do, because we see the dramatic impact it makes on the way our clients operate.
But its nice to know others are noticing (and we will keep working hard to try and win more).
