They reminded us that they are good at helping our clients save money on their calling and internet costs.
Simply take a current telecommunication bill, and redact the costs. Redact your business name as well if you want. Pass it to us and we will ask Vorco to provide a quote. Anecdotally, we’ve seen savings of up to 50%!
If you use Teams for Voice, they include reporting for free, which is something that excited us. They’ve also got “Denial of Service” reporting.
We’ve found them to be more personal and caring. When a client in Ponsonby had internet issues, the Vorco guy said “Oh thats just down the road from us” and walked down to the store to have a look. Can you imagine Spark or One doing that? For ourselves, when a builder cut our internet cable,they jumped to our help, escalated the service and even paid a callout fee on our behalf to get it resolved urgently! It is no surprise that we are fans!!
